@eBay do you often lose orders when they get sent to you for authentication? Bc you lost mine. Why bother to have an item authenticated if I’m never going to receive it? I didn’t have a problem with my purchase, YOU did.

The US Senate will hold a vote on Wednesday on whether to approve the Pentagon’s request to send another $20bn in armaments to Israel.

Gisèle Pelicot is on the stand today and asked about her decision to continue using the surname "Pelicot".
Gisèle explains that when the trial began her children were "ashamed" of the name.
She adds: "I have grandchildren who are called that.
"Today, I want them to be proud of their grandmother.
"My name is known across the world now. They shouldn't be ashamed of carrying that name.
"Today we will remember Gisèle Pelicot."
Yes we will. What a woman.

@Greg_Zwiers@aaronAcarr In my experience landlords are cheap bastards who don’t want to pay for anything, so my guess is they’ll just do away with brokers & do the listings/showings themselves, leading to a reduction if not total elimination of brokers. Which is awesome.
“An absolute mess” that NYC, one of the most unaffordable cities on planet earth, will now have a brokerage system that functions like every other city in the United States of America. Scary stuff!
