According to a new lawsuit, a woman identified as Jane Doe alleges that plastic surgeon Lenny Hochstein sexually assaulted her after inviting her to what was described as an exclusive afterparty at his Star Island home in May 2025.

The woman claims she met a man at a Miami nightclub who invited her to the gathering, but says no party was taking place when she arrived. She alleges Hochstein repeatedly made advances toward her and later gave her a pill he described as a sleep aid. Trusting him as a doctor, she says she took it, blacked out, and woke up the next morning.

According to the lawsuit, Hochstein later told her they had sex, despite her previously rejecting his advances. She claims he later said the pill was melatonin, but after researching its appearance, she came to believe it was Ambien.

She is suing Hochstein for sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The allegations are contained in a civil lawsuit, and have not been proven in court.
