@cibc Same issue everyone else is having, online services are all down and after speaking to customer service the balances owing potentially are incorrect which is stressful as we cannot determine if this is real or not.

@cibc How much longer are all your services going to be down for? Call lines on hold for an hour, website cannot show any financial information, it appears my card has been compromised and I cannot confirm anything. This has been extremely stressful with the lack of response.
