Finally , I received my luggage! To the Pakistani Bhai who took my bag, I understand you had a similar one but you did add your own identification on the handle. Despite this, you failed to check the tag before walking away with my luggage. I lost an entire business day and endured significant mental frustration waiting 31 hours for my bag to be returned.

While I trust you are literate, it's disappointing that you didn't take the time to verify and took someone else luggage.

@SaudiAirlinesEn, thank you for eventually delivering my bag; however, your must raise with the airport authority as the procedure is flawed, allowing someone to take a bag without baggage tag check. Additionally, it took 31 hours to return my luggage, and I received no apology for this inconvenience. Maybe this is norm here?
