@HeroDividend Yes it is. Do the opposite of happy wife happy life. Make sure she is rowing in your direction. If not put a stop to her shit. If you don't you will be divorced. I have a huge family and have many examples to observe. I have a daughter so it pains me to say these things.

@baldoholdings For the first time I went public with a listing. I was always able to get great tenants by word of mouth. I had multiple no shows. I realized you can gauge a tenant by their level of initial urgency. Found a great family to rent my unit. High level of urgency on all fronts.
