365 days is a lie @MTNNG. I had a line recycled in 4 months while actively recharging it. You disconnected the line and wiped out my entire airtime balance without warning. Urgent attention required @ConsumersNCC@fccpcnigeria. @MTN180 has executed a massive, unauthorised sweep, clearing out the "Always-On" data balances of all its subscribers with zero notice. This is a severe breach of consumer rights and exploitation on a massive scale. We demand a full probe and immediate data restoration.

@MTN180@ConsumersNCC@NgComCommission@fccpcnigeria Resolve globally for all your subscribers who used the service. They cannot remove the numbers as you removed the service totally. Not only the sample number provided. Delete all beneficiaries for everyone please.
That's if they will allow you. @fidelitybankplc restricted my account because they claim there is no phone number linked to my account whereas I filled indenmity form upon account opening to disabled sms alerts. Guess what? They even called me on the number on the account. they only thing that will take me to their banking hall is the day I will finally have the time to close the account.
