@lufthansa Well Ive tried all those methods first. I have an AirTag in my bag and I can see it’s just sat in the same spot for 11 days. I just don’t understand why nobody can create any urgency. Why I can’t get any answers. Why after 11 days it’s impossible to have anyone help!

@Lufthansa_USA I got home on Dec 1. I still don’t have my baggage and nobody can help me. I’ve tried the forms on your website. I’ve tried the lost/delayed baggage phone numbers. I have an AirTag showing the bags have just sat there for 11 days. Please help!!
