@EarlOfHemsley@tiffanee_dawn I took the whole fam on a Tuesday night and everyone enjoyed it. Is it the a cinematic masterpiece? No. Is it a fun family flick that everyone will enjoy? A resounding yes from me!
Poinsettia Bowl finalizing deal to pit new Pac-12 champ, if it doesn't qualify for playoff, vs. Pac-12 legacy team in 2026, sources told @On3. Pac-12 legacy teams are former Pac-12 members Arizona, Arizona State, Cal, Colorado, Oregon, Stanford, UCLA, USC, Utah & Washington
Joint statement re: the settlement agreement with the Mountain West, Pac-12 and the departing schools:
“The Pac-12 Conference, the Mountain West Conference, and Boise State University, Utah State University, the Board of Governors of the Colorado State University System for the benefit of Colorado State University, and The Board of Trustees of the California State University for the benefit of San Diego State University and California State University, Fresno have reached an agreement in principle to resolve the pending lawsuits. The parties have agreed to stay the lawsuits in California and Colorado while they work to negotiate and finalize the settlement.”
So let me get this right the Jazz either get:
- A 6-10 athletic freak who has lived in Utah for years and likes it there.
- A two-way guard with great positional size who shoots the cover off the ball and is truly a perfect fit with the other franchise players.
- If there are some medical or personality issues with the guard we can select the best offensive prospect in the draft who you will never have to worry a day in your life about.
Why would you trade up again? Sorry Wizards and fake trade makers... Utah is closed for business on this one.
So many first round upsets out of 11 and 12 seeds since 1985 (.372 and .354 win percentage respectively). It's what makes March Madness great.
Now, rather than have a few days to practice, prepare and game plan, they get extra travel and an extra game. The 5 and 6 seeds get to rest and wait.
