The level 4 coaching course for assistant coaches is officially back. It’s been renamed the ‘Elite Coach Program.’

The AFL has asked clubs for applicants. The 18-month program, largely funded by the league, will prepare the next generation of senior coaches for all aspects of the job.

Expect 8-10 candidates to be selected in the next few weeks.
