@JagexSupport The hijacker completely exhausted both ban appeals, so since I recovered and changed account details, I've never been able to appeal it myself. I'm not seeing another way to directly reach support through the https://t.co/w2P3TqpUQi page so as a last resort, I used X to reach out

@JagexSupport My account was compromised for over 2-4 months and I wasn't able to recover it because by the time I had access, the person who compromised the account exhausted all attempts to appeal the ban so I was left with nothing but a perm-banned iron. IGN: airetor

@JagexSupport I also would really like to know the location/IP address of the location that this took place if possible, and the chance to submit my own appeal as by the time I got into the account, the appeals had already been denied and exhausted. Thank you @JagexSupport
