@CineplexMovies Nothing happened and the sound remained awful for the whole movie. After it was over, none of the staff acknowledged it or did anything about it. Pretty disappointing customer service from a movie theatre chain that’s usually on top of its game!

@CineplexMovies Just wanted to say that the other night I went to international village, Boy Erased at the 6:40. From the start the sound was scratchy. I let somebody working know that it wasn’t right. He shrugged and said he would talk to the manager.
