I'm sad to say that The Research Loop site will be closing next month. Given my health issues, I haven't been able to promote or work on the site as I had hoped. And unfortunately, I cannot afford the site and cannot justify its existence when it's not being used.

@pixiegirle Thank you for the kind comments. Yes, I have and unfortunately none of my contacts have the capacity to take it on at this time. Perhaps it will come back in another iteration in the future but it seems now is not the time. It's truly heartbreaking.

I thank all those who were encouraging as I started The Research Loop & who saw its potential. I hope the resources I was able to provide were impactful in some measure. And I applaud all those who continue to work in the space of patient & public involvement (PPI) in research.

The field of PPI is ever expanding and I look forward to seeing how researchers grow their collaborations with patients and caregivers both in person and online. The possibilities are bountiful. I'm just sorry that The Research Loop cannot be a part of it at this time.
