Zach Cregger explains that his ‘RESIDENT EVIL’ movie isn’t adapting any of the games as it would be redundant.

@NACHOS2D_ Without the original you couldn’t make this because AI just takes things that already exist. Also AI is costing millions of dollars to generate that. You might not be losing money on this slop but the company that generates this is because it’s slop.

“Reanimal has great gameplay and is fun and scary to play, especially if you play with a friend! The game has amazing graphics to look at with crazy cinematography where the camera pans back to show you this beautiful shot of fields or a complete destruction of a city in water. The thing that holds this game back is that it’s too short, $40 for 3 hours is a crime. The story is almost non-existence, you get little to answers to what’s going on and it’s left up to your imagination which is lazy storytelling. As well the game was constantly disconnecting and crashing, to a point where it was forced to complete the game without my friend because the game wouldn’t let him rejoin and there was 5 minutes left of the game.”

“Had a lot of fun with Glen Powell’s How To Make A Killing from A24. It really shows how great of an actor Glen is and can make other movies outside of sequels or remakes. You really do get a good understanding of his character on why he goes after his rich family’s money as well showing that sometimes he has conflict killing some of them. The only negative thing about the movie is Margaret Qualley, like always she’s a great actress but always wasted with the characters she gets. Felt like there was no point to her in this movie.”

“Great performances from Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi! Even the costumes and the sets are top tier production value but what really hurts this movie is the story. Didn’t care about any of the character’s, they were all the worst kind of people and you just wish nothing but the worst to happen to these people and when there’s no sense of sadness.”

I beat #ResidentEvilRequiem just about 13 hours with 2 play throughs going back trying to find all the files to have that understanding of the story. Resident Evil 2 remake for one play through for one character for the average player takes 10 hours then you combine Leon and Claire that’s 20 hours. With Re9 being 2 different story’s you can beat in 7 to 8 hours that is pretty short for a Resident Evil game. Normally that is ok for past games but one game two characters in the same story, it’s a bit underwhelming. Game should have been 16 hours long in one play through. Still great game though having fun replaying it.

When people say #ResidentEvilReqiuem is short, I think it has to do with that you’re playing 2 different characters and it feels like your getting 2 4 hour long games put into one game instead of it feeling like one big game. There are definitely places where the game could of gave more especially with Grace in the second half becoming more Leon heavy. It still a great game and to say it’s anything under a 5/10 is bit outrageous but I understand if it feels short to most.

“Crime 101 gives you a criminal character with morals but no interesting development and a generic romance you don’t care for. You get pretty lay back performances from Chris and Mark. It’s nothing new you haven’t already seen, especially with the social commentary about corruption that the film offers. The best part is Halle Berry because everything the film tries to do is summarized up with her pretty well but not worth a two and half hour watch, watch The Departed at that point.”

@JoshHoagland1 Wish I saw the secret screening instead tbh. Even though I don’t know what it was but probably been a better film hopefully. I didn’t hate Crime 101 but should have gone to streaming. Would have been a number 1 Amazon movie for a weekend and then forgotten the next day.

“Solo Mio is a good heartfelt movie with a fun performance from Kevin James. It’s nothing special or new that you haven’t seen before and it jumps a bit of logic towards the end but it delivers the fun.“

“If you are looking for a family movie to see this upcoming weekend Goat is the movie to go out and watch. It has a great message for kids about never giving up on your dreams even if people don’t believe in you and as well there’s a message for being a team. It has a lot of great humor that works, it’s none of those low effort jokes.“

“After the last movie you probably thought it could get worse? Can it? To answer that it did, somehow they manage to steep even lower than the last one. One of the problems with the film is all over the place, too many characters and don’t really care about them. It’s the final movie that should be focused on Maya but even when it does, it doesn’t seem like the actor wants to be there. The biggest problem with the movie is the strangers, they are complete morons in this one and the motivation is all over the place making me care even less than I already do.“
