@VanHornTrading This was a typo on my part, i meant surplus. But however, I’m a firm believer in the ability to build muscle in a slight deficit. I’ve done it, Greg Doucette said it’s possible. Yes progress is much slower in a deficit if you’re revealing the muscles, so they appear bigger.
