Giggle v Tickle has been referred to as a “landmark” case by the ABC. Thanks for the acknowledgement, but…

When I submitted an op-ed to the ABC about the importance of the case back in June, I was told, and I quote, “the issues we keep coming up against have to do with pervasive inaccuracies in your presentation of both the SDA (what it allows, what it forbids, what exemptions - eg, for single sex spaces - it allows for, and how pervasive were the changes in 2013) and the Giggle v Tickle judgement; and overstatement about the extent to which changes to the SDA present a threat/danger to women and single-sex spaces.”

My piece was 100% accurate, but written from the perspective of actual women. So the ABC deemed it to be inaccurate and an “overstatement”. But when it comes to “trans”, it’s a landmark.

The BBC are a disgrace

Instead of focusing on the people of Piddington and their historical vote to leave the U.K.

The journalist seems to be focused on one topic only - Danny Tomo and the far right - a question she asked many villagers who said they were ok with Danny et.

She then does an informal self style video with one lady who was saying what an absurd area Piddington is for 1000 illegal young males and Victoria Derbyshire quickly switches the whole conversation to Danny Tomo and the far right. Adding in comments around Tommy Robinson , activism and men in balaclavas.

Next minute they seemingly re do the conversation in a polished professional recorded interview which the BBC publishes . And it all surrounds hate , division and BNP and even words such as battalion , fascist and xenophobia .

The lady being interviewed imo was far more emotional , anxious and extreme in her rhetoric from the natural off the cuff conversation she'd previously had.

To me it felt she'd been manipulated and cajoled to push the rhetoric against people who protest such mass illegal immigration as hateful extremists .

Beliefs I may add that Clinton and Obama are on tape saying the same thing early in their presidency and during elections . Bet the BBC didn't call them fascist.

And imo the only extremist behaviour comes from the left.

I only see fair frustration and anxiety by the right who are exhausted with their cries falling on deaf ears and Governments doing the opposite to what they keep crying out for

The BBC and the likes Of Derbyshire , IMO are a disgrace and are beyond reckless , irresponsible and antagonistic in their language

They are a far cry from the world renowned respected , very patriotic organisation the BBC once were in the 40s, 40s, 60s, 70s

It's no surprise so many today are not wanting to pay their license fee

I'm genuinely still utterly stunned by this from Andy Burnham. This, afterall, is the guy who everyone said was great at the comms, the vibes and selling Labour's message. And here he is floundering at only his second PMQs.

Burnham is a lightweight who doesn't do his homework. He is only a few weeks into the job and he's already badly exposed as being totally out of his depth.
