I'm missing the concern for rural areas. If they want to live in that area they apply the funds to the small rural school.

@suzrunnr68 @GovAbbott Its not about some government enforced policy organization that doesn't do anything of value. It's about creating competition and giving the people the right to choose how their child is educated. That is when teachers will be held accountable. Not a quality teacher, no job!
