The Robo Brigade Team 19571

Worlds 2023!!! The Robo Brigade First Tech Challenge team was established in 2021. We are 12 proud members of Super Mind Robotics Club from Atlanta, Georgia!

In addition to our robotics workshop, we hosted a scrimmage with teams @ftc.robotics and @circuitrunners . Together we had fun connecting with each other and seeked improvement through practice matches!

This past Saturday our team hosted a robotics workshop at Sandy Springs Library for kids. We guided the children through building lego robots and demonstrated our FTC robot! Our team had a lot of fun!

This past Saturday was our first meet of the Centerstage season! We had fun exploring this new game and had a good start with a 5-0 record. We are continuing to improve our robot. We thank @lakeviewlionrobotics for hosting this meet!���

Today, our team members came together to contribute in the community by volunteering in building a new park/playground in Suwanee, GA. Our team had a lot of fun working together, and we thank @CityofSuwanee for organizing the event!👍

Saturday, June 24 was an outreach program hosted by our team. Our team hosted an event at a local church where we taught little children about robotics, and had fun building lego robots. We also introduced ourselves and FTC! air was a fun time for kids to learn about robotics!

FIRST world championships come to a close!! Our team definitely learned a lot and connected with many different teams across the world this past week! We are very thankful for the opportunity to be able to be part of the event! We are very proud of what we achieved this season!🤖

Today was Day 3 at FIRST world championships at Houston, Texas. Today was the end of qualification matches! We placed ninth in the Franklin division, but did not get picked for a alliance team. We made some mistakes during games and hope gain experience for future meets!

Day two of Worlds come to a close!! Today we had fun competing in qualification matches and connecting with other teams of different drivers backgrounds! Having fun so far💪

Yesterday was the Atlanta Science Festival! Our team had a fun booth set up at the event. Team members taught many kids about FTC and taught them to control the robot!

This past Saturday some of our team members visited a FRC competition! We talked with many FRC teams and gained s lot of knowledge about FRC. We also had fun watching the robots compete in the competition!!🔥🔥

Today was a family science night at Shakerag Elementary school! Our robotics club hosting two rooms of FLL demonstration and one room of our FTC team! We demonstrated our team and introduced the students to FTC! In additon, some team members acted as mentors for our two FLL teams

This past weekend was our Georgia state championship at Riverside Military Academy. We ended up as the winning alliance in elimination matches along with @circuitrunners and Robotic Eagles! This guaranteed us a spot at the world championships at Houston!! Thanks to all!!!

On Saturday morning, some of our team members went to KSU for FIRST Robotics presentations!

The past Saturday our team members went to a Tokyo based software company, Mujin, and they showed us their robots!

We hosted the outdoor event Meet Spot at Caney Creek Preserve, GA today. We invited the robot dog Spot made by Boston Dynamics. Total of 75 kids were split into 5 time slots joined us. We felt so encouraged when we saw joy, excitement on the young engineers’ faces.
