Walking is great and all but walking while carrying ammo cans full of rocks...

Hopefully that gets me to where I want to be faster than just walking.

@robtswthrayguns That is the ultra-rare, pyrex, cooking vessel for the eggs used in McDonald's Egg McMuffins.

They were replaced decades ago and very few have survived, despite their durability and collectable status.

#RockWalk 43. I know rest days are important but it feels like every time I have a day of rest it gets more difficult to get back to it.

#RockWalk 42. Holy crap. Some day if my Rock Walk journey ever gets popular I hope someone can tell me how much harder I made it on myself by increasing the diameter of the grips.

#RockWalk 41. The increased diameter on the new handles made the cans feel 20 lbs or more heavier.

My hands feel better but I hit failure and had to take a break mid walk.

Probably need to build up to this new set up for a couple weeks before adding any more rocks.
