And while I think you are a reasonable enough person to talk about this topic with, I also therefore think your opinion will change as AI actually reaches a point of quality that the artists pic it up and use it themselves. But maybe it wont, who knows. I personally look forward to seeing what they manage to create.

That's not even why I want the AI tool leaflit is making. Sure it'll be great for budgeting, but have you considered what the artists and riggers that are worth their price tag are gonna be able to do with it? If the average Joe can make a good model with it, wtf is an experienced, talented hand gonna do? Its gonna be INSANE what they start cranking out by the TRUCKLOAD. top tier artists and riggers are going to make money hand over fist!

Because for alot of people, their experiences with artists and the like have been negative, they simply lack the vocabulary to articulate it. They dont actually mean the high end artists and riggers that just let their work speak for itself, they have only come in contact with the baseline type that rely on political capture to gain loyalty from their fan base, and therefore will jerk people they disagree with around and then make fun of them for their troubles. No, the high tier artists and riggers are in no danger of being replaced, if leaves new tool reaches high quality viability, they are about to make FUCKING BANK because what once took them weeks or months, is going to take them hours. And they will still be in IMMENSE demand because their knowledge and experience is going to put them miles above what the average person can accomplish with the exact same tools. Its going to be like a good sketch (the average person) and the Mona Lisa (an already talented and experienced creator)

Just wait until this tool is done, and the actually talented and experienced artists and riggers get ahold of it. Their work power is about to skyrocket, and the things they are going to be able to accomplish with it if this tool gets to high quality viable.....i for one cannot wait to see what they manage to accomplish.

I am the small and the newbie, but I'd like to throw my hat in for collab too! We can talk shit, or play games, or both! I currently play World of Warcraft (Guild raid nights) on tues and Wed, League of legends (on that ranked grind >:3), as well as have interest in Path of Exile 1 (haven't played this league though), Path of Exile 2 (currently waiting for the full release), Palworld (need so much Palsteel 😭), with some Oxygen not Included every now and then, and still trying to get through a full playthrough of hollow knight (ik its super late 😅) before I buy and eventually play silksong. Or if you have interest in Pokémon Roms, we could maybe do a soul link 😁
