🚨 WHO ACTUALLY SUED TO STOP THE $100,000 H-1B FEE?
This wasn’t a Big Tech lawsuit.
Look at five of the employers challenging it:
Global Nurse Force
Says the fee eliminates its U.S. H-1B placement business. One D.C.-area health system paused plans to hire 60–70 specialized nurses.
Global Village Academy Collaborative
A public charter school network that uses H-1Bs to hire teachers.
Nephrology Associates of the Carolinas
A medical practice recruiting physicians, including nephrologists.
BAE Industries
A manufacturer recruiting engineers and specialized technical workers.
Lower Brule Day School
A K–12 school serving the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe that hires international teachers.
Their argument was straightforward:
The government imposed a $100,000 fee per H-1B worker without going through normal notice-and-comment rulemaking.
For employers hiring nurses, teachers, doctors or engineers, that can fundamentally change whether hiring an H-1B worker is economically possible.
The judge ruled that the agencies failed to follow the required rulemaking process and failed to adequately consider alternatives and employers’ reliance interests.
The court didn’t decide whether America should have H-1Bs.
It decided whether the government could impose a $100,000 barrier this way.

🦔Researchers at Northeastern University and Consumer Reports tested 21 cars from 19 brands sold in the US. Every single one sent data to at least one third party. Seven companion apps sent vehicle identification numbers, phone numbers, and precise GPS locations to ad networks. Tesla's Model 3 contacted 71 advertising and tracking domains between the car itself and its infotainment apps.
My Take
Nineteen out of nineteen brands... I don't even know what to say to that. Not a single manufacturer sold a car that kept your data to itself. And a VIN follows you for the life of the vehicle. You can't change it. Pair that with your phone number and your GPS coordinates and a data broker doesn't need to guess who you are or where you go.
Honda sent precise location data to Amplitude for years. Researchers emailed them about it and Honda fixed it in one email. One email. They could have stopped it anytime and they chose not to until someone called them on it. GM got fined by the FTC and kept collecting. Ford got fined for burying the opt-out and kept collecting. You pay $48,000 for a new car on average and the manufacturer treats your location history as a bonus revenue stream they never told you about. I think within a few years your insurance company will buy your speed and location data straight from the automaker. Some already do, but soon they won't ask first.

Brad Chambers: If I asked you for $10 M to build apartments at a Purdue funded with your money that is regulated by the government office that I hold, gave a $1 Billion in state funds to a biz at Purdue that will employ my tenants + $1 B of Fed funds, would you think I'm a crook?
@GovBraun Can you liberate us from the crooks of the IEDC?
This so-called leader of the IEDC is personally building LEAP and the Purdue Discovery Park, with the money of the citizens of Indiana, and against the will of the citizens of Indiana.
@Indy_reporter_ NIPSCO is NW Indiana's only electricity provider and is in @RepEdSoliday 's territory. Below is the rate increase asked for by NIPSCO for 2024 granted by the IURC that increased every electric bill in in NW Indiana. Check out those delivery Fees!⏫️! 💸💸💸
@Indy_reporter_@RepEdSoliday Peer reviewed “Large-Load Electricity Customers and Spillovers on Household Prices: Evidence from U.S. Data Centers,” CEPR Discussion Paper No. 21854"A standard deviation of ten data centers raises household electricity prices by 13%, ..."

@SenFadyQaddoura, how refreshing to hear someone who uses logic at the Indiana Budget Committee:
🎬👏👏👏👏👏👏
1- Why is the IEDC giving away $15M to Israeli companies and only $5M to Indiana's companies? (IEDC had no clue)
2- If the board approved to raise $15M on March 18th, how come you found the $15M just 3 weeks later? (IEDC had no clue)
3- Do we even have data privacy contracts with these foreign companies to protect the data of Hoosiers? (IEDC had no clue)
4- Are you saying that there are no companies in Indiana that are worth investing in, that we have to go outside? (IEDC had no clue)
5- What is the return on investment? (IEDC had no clue)
6- How many jobs is each dollar creating and by when? (IEDC had no clue)
7- 2500 people are on the streets; 800 from BP, 1700 NIPSCO. Taking care of these Indiana families is the most important thing the IEDC has to do. (IEDC said blah blah)
8- The governor announced a 10-year deal, but his term is much shorter, so what type of funding is he getting for this deal? (IEDC said blah blah)
9- Are there any recommendations from the Attorney General regarding the Forensic Audit of the IEDC? (IEDC had no clue and said blah blah)
10- Why did the IEDC, where the Governor is part of, add new language going backward, saying:
"The Indiana Ecomomic Economic Development Corporation STAFF shall, if desired, make a selection on vendors and participants PRIOR TO THE OFFICIAL SELECTION of these companies".
(@GovBraun, are you institutionalizing more corruption?) @AGToddRokita
11- What happened with the $180M of the Three Kings? Are we getting those back? (IEDC had no clue)
12- I want to see 100% investment in local jobs and local businesses. (IEDC said blah blah blah blah blah blah)
Remarks:
I CAN'T BUY "YOU CAN COUNT ON US".
ONE CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN SENT ME A MESSAGE SAYING "SHUT DOWN THE IEDC".

Your kid needs 8 years and hundreds of thousands of dollars to become a resident doctor.
High School → 4 years college → 4 years medical school → Residency
Meanwhile, someone from India, Pakistan, or Sudan can finish a 5-year program after high school, come to US on H-1B/J-1 visa, and take the same residency.
High School → 5 years medical school → Residency
Why is it easier for them to become US doctors, and so much harder for our kids?
**Medical Tuesday.**
You realize they are sprinting right now before we can collectively put a stop to it right?
Show me the bill that pulls foreign-trained doctors back.
There is not one, not one while we are all focused on H1B - they are sprinting to replace every single one of our medical professionals.
I have a reputation for saying insane stuff ... that appears to be fear mongering- that at the end of the day understates the situation. Go back two years ago and look at my posts, I was one of the first. I was called every name in the book and my account was even demonetized - yet when the smoke cleared and others jumped in, I had only scratched the surface.
Lets talk about the absolute takeover of our medical system taking place right now- this is a massive part of the globalist plan to control us. Possibly their crown jewel.
There is no program that says American medical graduates go first for residency. There is no law that sunsets the waiver that lets a training visa become a career. There is no cap-lift for the American kid who already paid for medical school.
What you get instead is more rules that makes it harder for Americans to practice, and more benefits that keeps the foreign takeover on course.
They froze Medicare-funded residency seats in 1997. That is a regulation on American supply. Medical schools grew. Graduates grew. The paid training seats did not. Then they told you there was a shortage, so the fix had to be imported physicians.
Globalists got a path to control of our institutions and systems while politicians got kickbacks.
States opened provisional licenses so foreign postgraduate training can skip a full U.S. residency.
Congress keeps recycling Conrad waivers so the doctor does not have to go home.
Hospital groups want green cards recaptured for foreign physicians and nurses.
Globalists want a system where the can start to introduce eugenics aimed at selective populations. I know it sound conspiratorial. Yet, the proof is there not just in the USA but Canada where white geriatric grandmothers are put to death while the ethnic population is untouched.
When Washington finally put friction on H-1B the way tech workers have been begging for, the first letter from the medical lobby was not “train our own.” It was “exempt the doctors.”
That is the tell. For software they will talk about replacement. For the hospital they will call the same visa a rural mercy- yet few go rural or stay rural. Same labor tool. Different press release.
Tech finally got a headline that treated the H-1B as a problem. Medicine still treats the foreign graduate as the product. No pullback. No American-first Match rule. Just another carve-out so the 1997 freeze never has to be touched.
If they can charge $100,000 to slow a visa in one industry, they can fund a residency seat in this one. They will not, until you make them.
Read this one and sit with it:

@NumbersUSA Lobbyists representing Groups of people should N0T exist! It's a form of a democratic institution rather than a Constitutional Republic when lobbyists write laws for Senators to sign and promote!
@sara_doesnt@Indy_reporter_ If you drill down further into local economic development orgs, the same scenario is taking place where no bid contracts are given to those who are affiliates of the Economic Development Corp. This raises all sorts of legal issues! Corruption!
Greenway=hot money! In NW Indiana the org is NIRPC which receives both state & federal money for distribution to specific counties for roads, corridors, greenways, etc. Link to the IARC members in Indiana & THEIR AFFILIATES.

@Beavin1962 You got that right. They also make it nearly impossible to seek retribution for damages by making the injured patients file lawsuits twice, once with the DOI and once in state court.
