Main changes Verdansk needs and I’m not willing to budge on them:

- More money
- More plates
- More Buy Stations
- Add Redeploy Balloons back (not Portable ones)
- External Ziplines on buildings
- HDR nerf

I’m willing to accept the faster TTK but feels inconsistent sometimes.
