It should be concerning that a senior citizen, former Minister and ironically a Member of the Constituent Assembly that drafted the 1995 constitution which contained the Bill of Rights to protect the citizens can be hounded in such a manner. Back in Nov 2016, after Elwelu led a military raid on the Rwenzururu palace where hundreds of guards and helpers were killed, Andrew Felix Kaweesi(RIP) the then police spokesperson came on TV bragging that, over 41 palace guards have been neutralized(taken out of action) by the security forces.
That same week he appeared on NBS TV frontline talk show with Miria Matembe who knowingly or unknowingly appeared to have cast a spell on Kaweesi's life. As they say, the rest is history
