๐ข PSA 'WD-L020 Crash Error'
We are aware that some players have recently started encountering a WD-L020 error when launching WARDOGS. Our preliminary investigation has identified a potential compatibility issue related to the latest Windows 11 update, KB5124010. Microsoft lists KB5124010 as a September 22 preview update for Windows 11 24H2 and 25H2, rather than a regular security update.
Our team is actively investigating the issue and working on a solution. We appreciate your patience while we get this resolved.
If you would prefer not to wait for a fix, rolling back Windows update KB5124010 may allow you to launch the game again.
Instructions on how to do so can be found here:
https://t.co/78ctweTQu0
If youโre not comfortable removing a Windows update, we recommend leaving it installed and waiting while we work on a resolution.
We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing and appreciate your patience while our team investigates.
Weโre failing on getting Infantry servers to you guys. We originally decided to let community servers run them, but weโre not seeing enough of them.
Infantry mode should be one of the ways to change the game to remove some of the power vehicles. Butโฆ we are learning more and more how to balance the game to our vision.
Excited for seasons 2 and 3 and to continue making the game.
This Week in Star Citizen:
''Today, weโre introducing 10 From the Community, a new show debuting on October 5. Itโll be short, focused, and built around your questions, with each episode covering a different area of Star Citizenโs development. Head over to todayโs announcement to submit your questions for the first episode, and remember to vote for the ones you most want to see answered.''
''At the same time, weโre taking a wider look at our show lineup and the kinds of content we produce. Weโll be sharing a survey soon to hear what youโd like to see from us. Whether thereโs an old favorite youโd love to see return or an entirely new idea you think we should explore, we want to hear it.''

''Introducing 10 From the Community''
Weโre looking to bring more variety to our video lineup, with shows focused on the topics you want to see most.
Weโll soon be sharing a survey to hear directly from you about the kinds of shows youโd be interested in, whether that means bringing back an old favorite or introducing something entirely new. Keep an eye out for that soon.
In the meantime, weโre excited to introduce 10 From the Community, a new show debuting on October 5. The format is simple: short, focused, and straight to the point. Each episode, weโll gather your questions and bring in the right people to answer them.
Every episode will feature a few developers representing a particular area of development, including gameplay, art, UI, technology, ships, and more.
For our first episode, weโre starting broad with the teams responsible for Star Citizenโs gameplay systems and content. Weโll talk about how those systems work today, how they connect, and how theyโll continue to grow on the road to 1.0.
The link to the submission page will be in the comment below!
