Throughout the month of October, our Ask The Expert sessions will feature people with lived experience as our guests. They will explore what they have learnt along the way, what support has helped, and why listening to lived experience matters when it comes to Mental Health care.

The group meets twice a month on Wednesdays at 5:30pm online, starting 14 October 2026.

Every Mental Health journey is different. Sometimes, having a place to talk, learn and find practical ways to manage everyday challenges can help.
Judith started this Support Group to create a place for women to come together around their Mental Health experiences. ⬇️
Self-care doesn’t always look the way we expect it to. Sometimes, it’s something we only recognise after living through difficult moments, learning our patterns and understanding what we truly need. Our lived experiences can teach us so much about how we care for ourselves.
Your Mental Health matters too.
As we mark Mental Health Awareness Month, we recognise that the people who care for others also deserve care, understanding and confidential support.
The Discovery Medical Students and Young Doctors Mental Health Helpline is here to support⬇️
Our founder, Zane Wilson, reminds us why listening to people who have experienced Mental Health challenges matters. Their voices can tell us what support looks like in real life, what is working and where change is needed.⬇️
This World Mental Health Day, we recognise the value of people’s lived experiences and the importance of listening, learning and making Mental Health support more responsive to what people need.
