@HeartInternet Once again an SSL renewal has failed leaving a site unreachable. Please sort ticket 1811020263, which I raised this on 2 Nov 2018, ASAP.

@shanelord_@HeartInternet @andymogg I called their support line. They were remarkably candid, I said I’d likely be looking to move services after this latest episode and he replied “ I don’t blame you really!” They seem pretty fed up there for sure. Not good.
@HeartInternet You mean, there has been an issue since 3am and the status page is wrong and no one was looking at it over night because you don’t really operate 24/7 so it will be updated once someone arrives and looks at it - and we all know that HIs definition of shortly is usually days.
