कल दोपहर मध्यप्रदेश के रायसेन ज़िले में निरीक्षण के दौरान हमको सोम डिस्टलरी में शराब बनाने के काम में नियोजित मिले 39 बालक व किशोरों को देर शाम फ़ैक्टरी से ग़ायब कर दिया गया है !!!

क़ानून के अनुसार बाल/बंधुआ श्रम से रेस्क्यू किए गए बच्चों को SDM के समक्ष प्रस्तुत कर बयान करवाये जाते हैं व CWC की तीन सदस्यीय बेंच उनके पुनर्वास के लिए आदेश करती है।
दोपहर 1 :30 बजे के आसपास @CollectorRaisen ने मुझे फ़ोन पर सूचित किया था कि संबंधित SDM व CWC को फ़ैक्टरी पर पहुँचने के निर्देश दिये हैं।
हमने 3:28 PM सम��्त जानकारी मौजूदा पुलिस अधिकारियों को प्रदान कर दी थी और DPO व SDO व श्रम विभाग को मामला सौंप कर वहाँ से रवाना हुए।
देर रात तक CWC का कोरम पूरा नहीं हो पाया जिससे वैधानिक आदेश नहीं हो सके और SDM साहब को हाईवे की चौड़ी सड़क पर ज़िला मुख्यालय से 20 किलोमीटर दूर आने में 5 घंटे लग गये ADM साहिबा को इतनी दूरी तय करने में 7 घंटे लगे इस कारण देर रात तक इनके न आने से पुलिस FIR नहीं कर सकी और इस बीच वहाँ से 39 बच्चे ग़ायब कर ��िये गये हैं ।
सूचना पर हम लोग देर रात वापिस पहुँचे,थाने भी गये परंतु रात्रि 12 बजे तक बच्चों का कोई अता पता नहीं लग सका था।
अब ये बच्चे कहाँ है ? इन्हें प्रशासन की नाक के नीचे से कौन,कैसे ले गया,ये कब तक CWC की पूर्ण कोरम बेंच के सामने प्रस्तुत किए जाएँगे ये प्रश्न फ़िलहाल अनुत्तरित है।
माननीय @CMMadhyaPradesh श्री @DrMohanYadav51 जी के निर्देश के बाद सरकार के आला अधिकारी भागदौड़ में लगे हैं देर रात इस नई घटना पर FIR दर्ज किए जाने की तैयारी की सूचना मिली है और अभी कई सरकारी अधिकारियों पर अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही की तैयारी चल रही है।

नया घटनाक्रम और संवेदनशील मामले के चलते CWC के अध्यक्ष व सदस्य को सुरक्षा प्रदान करने की चिंता भी प्रशासन को करनी चाहिए।

CSAT (Paper II) of recently conducted IAS Prelims had many questions that were out-of-syllabus and having translation errors in Hindi. I stand by the aggrieved candidates and hope that UPSC and Govt. will listen to their grievances and do the needful.
