Borgund Stave Church; a former Parish Church of Norway in  Lærdal Municipality, Vestland  County, Norway. It was built between 1180-1250 AD, with later additions and restorations. Its walls are formed by vertical wooden boards or staves, hence name Stave Church.

No longer regularly used for church functions, now a museum run by Society for Preservation of Ancient Norwegian Monuments.
