Two days ago, I was still guessing where Cat Wu would land next. Today she announced it herself. she joined OpenAI.

She ran product for Claude Code at Anthropic, at OpenAI she will lead product management for core products, and she reports to Thibault Sottiaux, the person who leads Codex.

Lol, OpenAI just hired the person who built the rival's workflow. 😂
