Services on our network were temporarily unavailable starting around 9:15 PM tonight. We have done a partial restore of services and things should be working once again.
The problem appears to be a larger area wide problem effecting several internet Providers and Cellular Providers. It is our understanding that many people in Juneau are without communications completely.
Currently you can expect higher latencies until the problem is resolved.
We will keep you informed if we receive anymore information on the matter.
All services should be back up and running. There was a hardware issue in our main data center that caused the outage. This has been remedied and you should be back online. If you are still experiencing issues please reboot your wireless router. 1/2
We will be failing over several pieces of equipment in our data center to the new power distribution and back up system we have installed. Starting at 6am through about 630 am, you can expect brief periods of downtime as our systems are moved and re-energized.
@alaskacomm has informed everyone via Twitter that they are suffering a state wide disruption in services. This is causing issues with not only our internet feeds but also the ability to make and receive phone calls on certain cell networks and land lines. (1/2)

Anyone with a white or black Cambium router will have limited connectivity for the next few minutes as we fix a driver issue that occurred on an automatic update last night.
We are experiencing intermittent network issues affecting parts of Juneau and Hoonah. Technicians have identified the issue and are fixing the devices as we speak.
