@louieruvolo This is what I tell my coaching clients too. You only have control over today. You collect enough today's and you have months, years, decades under your belt... but today is the only part of the journey that matters. x

@Sober_lifestyl I got addicted to feeling everything raw... and knowing I could get through anything life threw at me. I missed my dad's passing by minutes, never got to say good bye to him, and going through the grief sober has been a beautiful tribute to the love I have for him. 😍
@AkesoSobriety It's a neurotoxin... shrinks the brain, depletes it of natural dopamine, screws with your sleep... and increases your risk of cancers like liver, breast and colorectal. It's not worth it.
@SoberWithGeorge I agree. Sobriety didn't fix me... it introduced me to myself. And that is soooooo much more valuable than any night out drinking with friends. I can't recall a conversation I've ever had sober that would've been better drunk.
@FitFounder Drinking! I wish I had known sooner that it was killing opportunity, relationships and my self confidence. Choosing sobriety after 40, was the best decision I could ever have made.
