@moving_charlie Re: the strong rental market . I would say understated, I enquired about a rental property in Canterbury 2 bed decent area. They could not even guarantee a viewing 🤷‍♂️, been on sites for half an hour they said the phone won’t stop ringing about it.

@cj_dinenage In reference to your letter about amateur choirs.The PERFORM study you refer to states that aerosols emitted through singing are only significantly different from speaking at 90db which is as loud as a lawn mower and louder than a washing machine! How loud do you think we sing ?
