@linkhauer @MartyGriffinKD The issue is there would have to an investigation to make sure it’s not misuse of provided safety measures, such as if there is railing in that section and the person was working beyond it, that would be an error of proper usage. There’s more than just “in injury” to determine

@linkhauer @MartyGriffinKD And that the equipment was used in a safe manner. If there is no safety railing for that section, the person should have been tied off in a full body harness and connected to an approved anchor point. I hope they are okay and better measures can be put into place.

However if there is railing on the top that would be considered passive fall restraint which comply with OSHA. The main things they’d need to check is if there was equipment failure, inspections, ..

@PhilMickelson @abeyedoc @Ropespinner2 @CAgovernor Just because there are “some” higher paying jobs doesn’t mean it’s more affordable for everyone, only the ones in those roles. Tariffs are only good when there is competition to be had and there isn’t in most of these manufacturing instances.

@PhilMickelson @abeyedoc @Ropespinner2 @CAgovernor Higher paying job equates to higher priced goods, it’s simple math, the increase in wages for the American jobs is still more than tariffs right now. Which means if manufacturing is brought to the US, it increases the pricing even more than what it is currently.
