Strengthening support in the Poltava region: a Memorandum of cooperation has been signed between the CO “The Tenth of April” and the Poltava regional state administration
Three people were killed and eight injured in Russia’s missile attack on Odesa today. CO "The Tenth of April", with support from @UNHCRUkraine, provided emergency shelter materials, essential relief items, legal aid, and psychosocial support to affected residents.
A declaration on cooperation was signed at the Regional Forum in Izmail, bringing together local authorities, national communities and civil society across Bessarabia. The initiative promotes intercultural dialogue, social cohesion and joint community projects
CO “The Tenth of April”, together with the TERA Consortium and supported by UHF, continues providing assistance in Mykolaivska, Khersonska, and Dnipropetrovska oblasts.

The CO “The Tenth April” is launching a new project: “Multi-sectoral support for people affected by the war in the Khersonska, Mykolaivska, and Odeska oblasts,” with support from the German government and the EU.
Last night, the enemy attacked the Kirovohrad region. 16 houses were damaged, 2 destroyed. Thankfully, no casualties.

In February 2026, the second call for the legal clinic of the NGO “The Tenth of April” in Odessa and Mykolaiv will begin. Practical course, internship under the supervision of lawyers, and the possibility of further employment

In January, 368 households in the Kherson region received materials for emergency repairs to homes damaged by hostilities from the NGO “The Tenth of April.”
We have registered 132 residents of Ochakiv affected by hostilities for emergency cash assistance. They will decide how to prioritize their needs. The project is implemented with Mercy Corps and funded by the UK Government.
Last night, the office of UNHCR's partner @desyate_kvitnya in Odesa 🇺🇦 was damaged during a drone attack that also impacted homes & civilian infrastructure.
Emergency services & humanitarian organizations are on site, assisting affected people.
