I can change it using nvidia, apparently vsync in the game settings I never knew what it was before or sometimes a steam command (best nvidia it seems)
And also looking at how player data is stored (cause I have interest in data) and it's rarely using stuff like sql (2/2)

Like when I tried to sync achievements on watch dogs 2 between the game and steam it had a weird behaviour and sometimes it crashed apparently it's cause my pc is too strong and (1/2)
