Daily #Meditation Update: Have taken a 10-minute meditation every day but once this month. Daily updates didn't happen because I was focusing on Sleep Meditations. Better sleep and feeling more rested. Maybe it is working and maybe next month I'll try non-sleep meditations?
Meditation Day 11: Chose a 10-Minute Body Scan while taking a taxi home. Quite a civilized way to deal with evening traffic. Let's see how I sleep tonight. #BeatProcrastination
