While on Customer Service chat w/@stockx was offered $20 off future purchase rather than free expedited shipping.. StockX refuses to own their business process from seller to buyer.. they’d rather frustrate their buying customers.

First time customer of @stockx and wow..what a nightmare. Seller sends shoes on time..shipper taking 13+days to deliver shoes to StockX (instead of 1-3 days as noted) Customer Service basically says “oh well” when asked about the delay. YIKES!
