@tbone035 Hi Tony, was this extra node rented from us? If so, I'd recommend giving our team a call on our usual number of 01225 300370 to troubleshoot this. I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer if the node is one bought by yourself.
@The_DigitalView Good afternoon. You can rent the mesh system we offer, or buy a mesh system yourself to increase the wi-fi range, which is the type of wi-fi extender we recommend. If it's one or two rooms that need better coverage, something like a powerline adapter may be more suitable.

For outages, we do send text messages to those affected, to keep them updated on fixing the issue.
