The UKBPA will be present and continue to provide peer support and advocacy for black pharmacists and black pharmacy students throughout various organisational changes that may occur in the NHS and in the world of Pharmacy.
Today we are also celebrating the excellence of research within the pharmaceutical community.
We are pleased to say we have received more research abstracts and posters this year than for any previous conference.

BPSA Research Award: The winning poster for this year is from Aaman Khan, Ruth Brauer, and Hindun Risni, of UCL School of Pharmacy, on Hormone Replacement Therapy usage in women with diabetes and the risk of stroke and heart attack.
