The UEA aims to break down barriers in the equestrian world by widening participation and access for people from diverse communities.

Reflecting on her visit to Leicester to meet some of its students, Julia said: "It is very exciting, as quite often at the Racing Foundation we sit in a boardroom making decisions about funding, and then coming here you see it alive."
