Australian Purebred Wagyu Picanha BMS 8/9+ Many don’t know about the cut Picanha (Brazilian Name). Comes from the rump. Regarded as the queen of steak. Tremendous flavor and with wagyu will have incredible marbling. Kingz got steak knowledge! #EatLikeAKingLiveLikeAKing

Kingz are fed Olives. Olive Fed A4 Wagyu. A4 = BMS 5-7 A5 = BMS 8-12. Used for different experiences. I love A4 and as you can see Japanese A4 is marbled beyond belief for a BMS 5-7. 🫒 One of the rarest beefs on the planet.
