New Patek Phillipe Cubitus. The first new model in 25 years.

Even if it becomes a success, it feels lazy.

Would have been better with a black lacquer dial and positioned like a Piaget Polo/Bulgari Octo. At least this would fill a gap in their range.

I think one of the best celebrity endorsements is Ryan Gosling and TAG Heuer. Does a great job at product placement in movies!

2. Not sure it’s the right move for Studio Underd0g. They have thrived on selling affordable watches with style. This collaboration gave nothing to their customers, instead alienating them.

Studio Underd0g and H. Moser have collaborated to create the It’s About Passion set.

Sold together and limited to 100, the brands are clearly leaning into each others personality.

1. The level of respect, reputation and recognisability of Studio Underd0g is impressive. For Moser to want to collaborate with a brand at the opposite end of the spectrum and be associated says something.

The first titanium IWC Mark XX Patrouille Suisse.

So boring, so expensive (€7k)…but so nice!

Always have such mixed emotions with the Mark series.

New TAG Heuer x Hodinkee Carrera Seafarer

Hodinkee limited editions recently have been ok at best, but somehow with TH they always manage to do something great!

42mm case including a tide indicator and chronograph.

Omega add another watch for the Paris Olympics.

Based on the CK859, the 39.5mm case is made from a bronze gold alloy, and retains the solid silver dial.

Really like the small details and having tried the CK859, can confirm it is good on the wrist!

This might be the best MoonSwatch so far! The Mission to the Super Blue Moonphase.

But find what they are doing with the MoonSwatch confusing. Now becoming too many options, still too hard to get and not much direction. Otherwise, I like this!

@baldassarreted Just the grey dial is titanium 👍🏼 this is stainless steel like the black and white dials.

Either way definitely the cool option, just far too expensive!

Big fan of Christopher Ward but not sure about the new Twelve. The colours are only ok. For an “ice cream” theme, it should have been flat pastel dials.

38mm sizing is new. Building out the range. Just hope it doesn’t get oversaturated like the PRX.

Remember the new IWC Ingenieur from last year and the 2-3y wait lists?

Well you can order them online, and chrono24 have some discounts!

The price was always too high. Has IWC done a good job bringing them to market or is demand not as strong as the hype?

Interesting as either they:

- Don’t see a tangible return on $
- Don’t see F1 as the pinnacle anymore
- Are pulling back from racing

A colour refresh was needed and expected. But does feel like the range is becoming a bit confused - too many options. Yet still not easy to buy!

They do look good though!

From a real hit with the white dial, to a bit of a miss with the new two-tone Moonwatch.

I get why a two-tone was needed but something feels off about the design choices here.
