Last nights NWA #flood was epic! Chaotic film shows 1 rescue + the moment we realized 1 was still missing. Add’l rescues & near misses til 3am. I searched tipped cars, found downed power lines, dried clothes, talked to 911, fire & news crews & escorted people to higher ground while my young daughters made hot tea for a wet stranger in our living room. @DanSchwieder I was standing in sheets of rain, weather app says 6 inches possible, getting an elderly woman after she said it was to her windshield moments before. While Fayetteville was saying online it wasn’t raining. I work at Washington Regional. 15 min drive from my house. Crazy!

@weatherdan 🎤🆙💥Boom 1st 5 sec (It was 30s but I was moving in Nightmare SoMo mode! 🙄) Same storm facing S vs W. Not quite as peaceful! Weird- pouring hard rain but teeny snow pellets projected all directions. 1st time seeing lightning snow too! Very unique ⛈️⚡️❄️#arwx #thundersnow
