Ordered some wine this past Friday via @Grubhub, fulfilled by @GoPuff/@BevMo. GoPuff texts me saying 2 bottles are out of stock and I'd get a refund. Spoiler: I didn't.

Instead, the full charge hit my bank on Sunday. GrubHub's genius policy says no refunds after 48 hours, even though that's how long it takes for the charge to clear the bank showing NO REFUND. 🤦‍♂️

DM'd @GoPuff on Twitter - radio silence. Their support chat was a goose chase blaming GrubHub, even though the charge went to BevMo and the refund promise came from GoPuff. Both companies owned by GoBrands, Inc. btw.

@Amazon and @JeffBezos, this is the service we get with your GrubHub+ partnership? Switching back to @DoorDash for good!
