WOW @RonJohnsonWI really shows his contempt for Wisconsin voters on WSAU interview.
First, Meg Ellefson calls Wisconsin voters "weak-minded."
Johnson piles on, says Americans became "selfish," then "apathetic," and now are "dependent." #WISEN
Senator Ron Johnson wouldn't respond to my requests for an interview, so we did a non-interview with him - going through some of the inconsistencies in his statements, his policy proposals, and the questions we still have. https://t.co/EJte1cci1H
Barack Obama ripped GOP Sen. Ron Johnson for working to cut Social Security while giving tax breaks to private plane owners.
Obama made the remarks at a rally in Wisconsin over the weekend, while the former president was campaigning for Democratic Senate nominee Mandela Barnes.
As Mandela Barnes just pointed out, Ron Johnson compared Social Security to "candy." It's true! Johnson went on to explain that the candy is rotting the nation's teeth and causing an infection, and he's here with a drill. Watch:

On abortion, Sen. Johnson wouldn't say how he would vote on his proposed referendum but said if reelected he would pressure Republican state lawmakers to put the issue before voters
"Exactly where I stand is literally irrelevant," Johnson said
Johnson’s businesses used prisoners, saving him tens of thousands of dollars in healthcare costs. The kicker? When Johnson bought one of the companies, he kept just 3 of its original staff. I guess prison inmates were cheaper. #WISEN

Ron Johnson isn't paying his fair share of taxes, skipping out on paying millions of dollars that would go to law enforcement, fire and safety, schools, and other services.
Who covers the bill for his millionaire tax loopholes? "Working stiffs." #wisen
Ron Johnson has a problem paying his fair share in taxes. But he has no problem using taxpayer dollars for his personal benefit. #WIsen

Who else do the donors almost single-handedly funding Ron Johnson's re-election efforts back? Doug Mastriano, a PA Gov candidate notorious for his ties to an antisemitic leader and for attending Jan. 6th.
NEW from us:
The fortune behind the single biggest right-wing donor this election comes from a strange source: the cardboard boxes and paper bags strewn about your home.

The Ireland-based DP Lenticular – another company @RonJohnsonWI held an ownership interest stake in – bared "the hallmarks of a tax avoidance scheme.” #WISEN https://t.co/QnOp4Vq20P
Remember, Bemis? It was Johnson’s family company that served as Pacur’s ready-made customer. Ron Johnson held investments in Bemis. SEC filings show Bemis had subsidiaries in the Cayman Islands – a notorious tax shelter. (This is unreported.) #WISEN https://t.co/SzFd1v2xmy
Believe it or not...there's more Ron Johnson tax games to go over!
As @UrbanMilwaukee reported, Johnson avoided paying up to $3.5 million in federal taxes through a scheme in which he "loaned" himself money from his company Pacur. #WISEN

Earlier this year, a constituent told Johnson that while the tax bill paid out big time for her wealthy boss, she was still struggling.
His solution? Ask her boss nicely to share. #WISEN
Ron Johnson's crowning achievement in Congress was securing a tax loophole that overwhelmingly benefited the wealthy.
His company used a state-level version to pay $0 in WI income taxes for years. #WISEN
