The WOW Programme (formerly Safe Teens) is an accredited qualification to help develop personal skills in young people, boosting self esteem and confidence.
Stay Safe Online
Online domestic abuse can include:
monitoring your social media
monitoring your emails
sharing intimate photos without consent
using location trackers
using spyware
Extra security with passwords.
If you cannot use a password, use a computer at a library, a friend's house, or work.
If you can set a password, make sure it is secure and hard to guess and don't save it to your computer settings.

Some ideas you might wanna try to improve your self-esteem! Keeping track of things is always a great way to see progress - whether it's through work/studies, or through walking/jogging for an extra minute!
Having a higher and healthy level of self-confidence can benefit you in a variety of ways: it can help you be and achieve your best, it can help you feel valued and influence/motivate others you are working with and it can free you from levels of stress and anxiety.
Google describes it as: a feeling of trust in one's abilities, qualities, and judgement. This can also bring you happiness - if you're happier in your abilities and successes, you will feel more energised and motivated to achieve your goals.
Some signs of having a healthy level of self-esteem are: being able to say no when you want to, being able to express your needs, having a positive outlook on life, able to accept both your strengths and weaknesses.
Google describes self-esteem as: confidence in one's own worth or abilities; self-respect. Having healthy self-esteem can influence you, your motivation, inspire you, increase your mental well-being and have a positive affect on your quality of life.
