The need of the hour is to tighten security along the India-Nepal border.

It has become not only a route for illegal immigrants but also a transit corridor for terror activities and Pakistan's ISI network. The route remains active for the movement of arms and fake currency.

There have also been significant demographic shifts in border areas. In fact, just a month ago, at least 20 illegal Mosques and Madrasas built on govt land were removed along the India-Nepal border in Uttar Pradesh.

This is one of the worst forms of abuse and humiliation these animals face.

Horses, donkeys & mules are forced to work all day, only to be left on roads to fend for food. Owners tie one leg to another—so cruel they can’t even move.

Also include an open-air theatre for cultural events, a small curated food court with healthy options, and ample parking space.

Most importantly, make it subscription-based (monthly or quarterly) to maintain the park’s purpose and ensure a focused, mindful crowd. This helps keep out disruptive elements like TikTokers, aimless loiterers, and tourist-style crowds who misuse such spaces.

In today's urban chaos, people are craving spaces to run, walk, reflect, and breathe clean air, but cities rarely offer that. This concept addresses a real lifestyle gap.

To those who habitually threaten India on the “Chicken Neck Corridor”, should note these facts as well:

1️⃣ Bangladesh has two of its own “chicken necks”. Both are far more vulnerable

2️⃣ First is the 80 Km North Bangladesh Corridor- from Dakhin Dinajpur to South West Garo Hills. Any disruption here, can completely isolate the entire Rangpur division from rest of Bangladesh.

3️⃣Second is the 28 km Chittagong Corridor, from South Tripura till the Bay of Bengal. This corridor, smaller than India’s chicken neck, is the only link between Bangladesh’s economic capital and political capital.

I am only presenting geographical facts that some may tend to forget.

Just like India’s Siliguri Corridor, our neighbouring country is also embedded with two narrow corridors of theirs.

And here’s the kicker: it's common knowledge that in Delhi’s real estate scene, at best only 50% of property transactions are recorded in white money. That means that an ₹8.33 crore purchase might have involved a substantial cash component.

So the natural question arises: Where is the money coming from!? How does a salaried professor at a public university, and an editor of a "non-profit, crowdfunded" media house, amass the kind of funds to afford not one but two elite properties around Lutyens’ Delhi!?

Are we to believe this is purely from savings!? Grants!? Honorariums!? Or is an unspoken of economy at work!? Shouldn’t transparency apply to those who demand accountability from others?
