#Breaking Aidan “Turtleboy” Kearney published the name, face, and city of the lone holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial on Saturday night.

Doxxing and allegedly intimidating jurors and witnesses appears to be a pattern for Kearney who has faced legal trouble for his previous alleged actions - and could face legal consequences for his latest dox.

🔸️In fact, Kearney wrote that in 2023 he “named and shamed the lone holdout juror from the Michael Chesna murder trial who refused to deliberate on an 11-1 guilty vote and caused a mistrial.”

🔸️Juror Doe’s 2024 affidavit quoted Kearney saying he found that holdout and “shamed her, as I should, cause it’s shameful.”

🔸️And he doxxed the jury foreman in the Karen Read’s first trial.
According to an affidavit by a juror in that trial, Kearney claimed to know the foreman’s name, home, and job.

He scared the jurors so much that they filed motions with the court asking Judge Beverly Cannone to indefinitely seal that jury list - which she did.

➡️It quoted Kearney demanding the name of the “idiot on this jury” who would not return the not-guilty verdict he wanted and saying whoever did that “subverted justice” and “helped cover up for a murder.”

But it gets worse, Kearney ran the “Canton Coverup” series on the Karen Read case in Canton and Dedham, landing him a grand jury indictment on:

🔷️Eight counts of witness intimidation,
🔷️Five counts of picketing a witness, and
🔷️Three counts of conspiracy.

In that series, he named alleged targets and allegedly caused a disruption at D&E Pizza, tied to one of the families he was charged with intimidating.
Kearney has pleaded not guilty and calls it journalism.

But according to court documents:

➡️Kearney named witnesses,
➡️Published addresses and phone numbers,
➡️Led a July 22, 2023, Rolling Road Rally that stopped at witnesses’ houses with a bullhorn.
➡️He confronted people in public, including at a high-school lacrosse game, and
➡️Coordinated with Read’s camp.
➡️On video outside one of the family's homes, he told neighbors “Cop ki*lers” lived there.
➡️He told one of the family members that he allegedly harassed that he did not have “the right to live peacefully.”
➡️And he admitted publicly that his actions were to affect the jury pool. - again all according to court documents and all are allegations.

His pending charges:
🔺️Two Norfolk witness-intimidation dockets remain open
🔺️One related docket was dropped in October 2025 after the office was left without a prosecutor
🔺️Kearney was acquitted in 2025 of a restraining-order violation tied to an ex-girlfriend at a Read hearing.
🔺️An Atlantic County, New Jersey, grand jury indicted him in July 2026 on a cyber-harassment count.
🔺️In April 2026, four witnesses in the Karen Read trial sued both Read and Kearney for defamation and civil conspiracy.

This is the third time he has doxxed a juror in a Massachusetts m*rder trial.
Kearney posted the name of the juror (which I will not post) and his picture.

He identifies him as the lone holdout in the Clancy case, detailed how he was “arrested for assaulting his ex-wife,” later “beat up his minor nephew,” and “now lives in (a city I won't name) in an apartment where he is refusing to pay rent for the last 6 months.”

But he goes further making accusations against the juror by posting:

"This is exactly what happened btw. Lady got strangled and beat up. Then 5 years later every conserva-bro on Twitter is calling him a “patriot” and “hero.” I’d reach out to the media too."

"This juror is a piece of sh*t, woman abusing, kid abusing, deadbeat squatter. He didn’t holdup that jury cuz he’s a man of conviction. He’s just a combative, argumentative, a**hole."

Many are calling the post juror intimidation and slander, as the five-year-old assault charge was dismissed, and there is no conviction concerning the nephew.

Kearney made the post after local NBC10 Boston published the man’s court file - however it is still unclear how local NBC got his name in the first place.

NBC10 said they were withholding the name because the jury list is impounded, however, they published a plethora of identifying information, so it was almost as if they published his name themselves:

🔵Brockton District Court, September 2021, assault charge involving his then-wife
🔵A 13-year-old nephew called 911
🔵Charge later dismissed; couple divorced
🔵Same nephew later got a restraining order that was still active during the trial
🔵Plymouth County housing-court eviction; no rent since last March; landlord just got a judgment of more than $12,000 while the jury was deliberating
🔵They went to the home and talked to family members

Those are major search keys.

Massachusetts court records are searchable by court, year, party type, and often by docket once you have one hit.

A 2021 Brockton assault with those facts is a small set of cases, tack on a current Plymouth-area eviction with a $12,000+ judgment from last week and match the name on both.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has already offered the holdout “asylum” in Florida after he pointed out that Boston television smeared the only juror who would not acquit a mother who strangled three children.

Many are now calling for Kearney to be charged with juror intimidation, doxxing, violating a court order (if he received the sealed list) and harassment.
Here's a list of Kearney's run-ins with the law:

1. Oct. 11, 2023 - first arrest (Stoughton District Court, Norfolk Superior)

➡️Arrested on multiple counts of witness intimidation / conspiracy tied to Read witnesses.
➡️Indicted Dec. 2023 - 8 witness intimidation, 3 conspiracy, 5 picketing a witness (about 16 counts).
➡️Pleaded not guilty.
➡️Released on PR bond with a warning that new charges could yank bail.
May 19, 2025: Judge Michael Doolin allowed 10 of 16 counts to move forward involving intimidation / picketing of civilian witnesses, plus later charges
Judge rejected First Amendment defense.
Still pending. MassLive (June 2026) Eight intimidation counts plus picketing misdemeanors across two live dockets.
Trial set for December of this year.

2. Dec. 26–27, 2023 - second arrest (Dedham District Court)

➡️Kearney's ex-girlfriend Lindsey Gaetani alleged he shoved her onto a couch, yelled, and threatened to release nude photos after she was summoned to a grand jury about him.
➡️Charged with domestic assault and battery and witness intimidation.
➡️Bail on the Read case was revoked. He did about 60 days in the Norfolk County jail.
➡️Feb. 2024: District-court A&B and intimidation were indicted up to Superior Court as witness intimidation + wiretap.
➡️Released on PR bond.
➡️Oct. 22, 2025: Charges dropped after the special prosecutor quit, and no replacement was appointed. Not an acquittal; they stopped prosecuting due to lack of prosecutor

3. Feb.–March 2024 - abuse-prevention-order violation (Dedham District)

Gaetani alleged he was within 100 yards of her outside a Read hearing on Feb. 26, 2024, and yelled.
➡️Charged with violating an abuse-prevention order.
➡️June 12, 2025: Judge Michael Pomarole found him not guilty after a two-day bench trial. The one-year RO was not extended in Jan. 2025.

4. May 13, 2025 - third indictment

Two more witness intimidation counts after he stopped at D&E Pizza and caused a scene.
➡️Pleaded not guilty. This is part of the remaining live Norfolk dockets.

5. July 2026 - Atlantic County, New Jersey indictment (sealed)
➡️His lawyer Mark Bederow said NJ indicted him on a civilian complaint from a woman who contacted him about humiliating John O’Keefe’s brother.

Looks like the NBC Boston reporter who thought it was a smart idea to dox the lone Black holdout juror may now have a legal problem of his own. Massachusetts law appears to raise serious questions about whether that conduct crossed the line. Maybe researching the statute should’ve come before digging into the juror’s personal life.
