@AzureSupport Please help - I have received a billing issue associated with our Azure account, but when I log into my account there's no related subscription where I can fix it. I believe there may be a userID conflict but I can't be sure.

I asked for email confirmation of refund and received email saying “your order is confirmed” with original order. Online chat was actually even worse #ScamAlert

Called the next day because a different product was delivered that I didn’t order. Said there was no refund on record…

@QNAP_nas if you really are pushing a forced firmware upgrade, I really hope you don’t make your entire affected customer base lose their ability to decrypt the #deadbolt files in doing so. if you’re affected and still want your data back, disconnect your internet to prevent it
