As Henry Nowak lay bleeding to death in the middle of a quiet residential street in Southampton, his wrists were chained together in handcuffs.
Police officers, who he thought were coming to his aid, had fallen for the lies of his attacker, Vickrum Digwa, a 23-year-old Sikh man who claimed the 18-year-old finance student had racially abused him.
Digwa had in fact stabbed Mr Nowak four times with an 8in ceremonial knife 👇

I read how a failed Pakistani 'asylum seeker' who repeatedly abused and raped an eight year old girl has been jailed for 15 years.
He abused her in her own home and bedroom.
She was told that if she told anyone, she would die.
I wouldn't deport him.
Under a Restore Britain Government, with the British people's approval, the death penalty would be reintroduced for such evil and undeniable crimes.
He would be put to death.
If you rape a young child, you do not deserve to live.
It's that simple.
So, just a few weeks after the last thread on some horrific refereeing decisions in our game with Sunderland, we’re BACK again with another one. 📲
This time, focusing on the awful decisions that have gone against #thfc this season.
We’ll begin with Monday night…
THREAD 🧵⤵️
"Nottingham Forest made more changes than Aston Villa did and no one said anything"
"We played without Romero, Kulusevski, Kudus, Solanke, Simons, Maddison..."
Roberto De Zerbi does not agree with criticism Aston Villa received for the rotated starting XI against Spurs 💬
After rewatching all of our matches, Tottenham's level isn't up to the competition, but this is most of the refereeing errors against us from the start of the season until the last match.
The intent is clear: relegate Tottenham, nothing else. 👌🏼
Rape Gang Inquiry update.
Our team is currently going through our draft report to ensure that all is legally sound for publication.
The plan is straightforward.
I intend to use parliamentary privilege in the chamber to name a number of the worst perpetrators/officials who we believe have escaped justice.
We will then use private prosecutions to pursue those individuals through the courts, and eventually put them in prison.
These are incredibly dangerous scumbags. It is an national network of organised crime - it is not simply disparate gangs. This is a comprehensive criminal network that is capable of the most evil acts.
I will be informing the police, parliamentary security and the Home Office beforehand of who I intend to name and why - I also now have private security for the first time in my life.
But do not underestimate the danger of these networks. It is organised crime of the very worst kind.
We started this inquiry not to just talk, but to act.
The report will be published after the elections as I want this to be a cross-party effort, and party politics should not interfere with any of our activity.
Numerous Conservative MPs have been supportive, as have the Northern Irish and even a Labour MP attending the hearings. I want this to go beyond petty party politics.
We still have a significant amount of money from the crowdfunder, and that is ready to privately prosecute.
This is where we are. This is the plan.
Thank you to everybody for your support.
"Go on, all the way" - ex-Arsenal striker Alan Smith openly rooting for West Ham at the end of a game in which he mercilessly criticised Brennan Johnson.
Sky Sports should maybe try to be a little less conspicuous in their anti-Spurs agenda.

- Kudus set to be out for 6+ months over a hamstring injury.
- Solanke was out for 6 months with an ankle issue that was only supposed to be a couple of weeks.
- Kulusevski had a very unique & unfortunate patella injury 11 months ago & we still have zero idea when he will return. It was originally viewed as a "knock". He hoped to be back for Sweden's international games last September. 7/8 months ago.
All of this aswell as the fact it's been the third season in a row we've had 10+ players out at one time, the most in any Premier League club. At it's peak we had 14 injured players at once.
Despite alleged medical team revamps, nothing has changed. This is not normal. In fact it's borderline criminal, every single member of the medical team should be sacked. It's not a coincidence, it's not a freak accident. They're very clearly terrible at their job. Either they make every small injury worse & agitate it tenfold, or we just get a plethora of big injuries which they almost always misdiagnose.
