They can clown Russ all they want for being on the Kings, but just remember…
One team couldn’t make it out of the play-in without him & one couldn’t make it out of the first round without him.
In conclusion, Russ FC ALWAYS WINS.
It appears that firing Malone, dumping MPJ, and letting Russell Westbrook walk in FA were all missteps. They were far from the issues with this team. Malone brought a competitive edge that was lacking. MPJ was ascending as a player. And Russ brought ball handling and athleticism
They were both injured, lol. Russ two fractures in his right shooting hand. MPJ also couldn't use one of his arms. Plus, defense was really the issue for Denver, and Russ definitely helps there. Rebounds are important, and both help with that also. Y'all worried about the wrong things.
The Nuggets were up by 9 in Game 5 vs OKC last year when they took Russ out for Christian Braun in the 4th. Russ never went back in and Denver lost by 7. Then they decided to not bring Russ back, gave Braun $125mil, and lost to the TWolves w/o Ant in the 1st round. Ooof
I had to hear for 10 months that Bruce Brown was better than Russell Westbrook. Do you know how clinically insane that sounds. Bruce Brown is a bum 😂😂😂
Russell Westbrook started 18 games for the Denver Nuggets last season when Aaron Gordon was out and averaged 18/7/7 on 52% FG and 40% 3FG.
Was averaging 15/4/3 off the bench in the playoffs before fracturing his hand.
Everyone who actually watches ball been saying this since Fred got hurt. Stephen A doesn’t actually watch ball so now that he’s watching the Rockets for the first time this season he’s shocked.
